Hi, my name is Kylee. My family and I live in Big Lake. We are a family of 4 and we love this community. I am 9 and my sister, Bailey Jo, is 12. I have had a very rare kidney condition since I was born. My family and I are learning to manage this as we go. I have a good team of Dr.’s now. Essentially my brain and my kidney don’t talk so my body is constantly dehydrated. I cry at times because I want to be “normal” but my family helps to keep a very positive attitude & remind me that I AM normal! I just need a lot more water than most people.
My dad, Jake, works in the cities as a commercial HVAC foreman & my mom, Katie Jo, works from home doing logistics. We are also blessed enough to have 2 sweet King Caviler puppies, Sir Cash, & Price Teddy. Like most families my sister and I run our family’s life! My parents try to keep up with us, between sports & hanging with friends. In the summer months we like to head up to Richmond to our destination trailer on the chain of lakes. Makes us feel like we get to maximize on these short MN summers.
