Hello I was born in Monticello Hospital and graduated from Big Lake schools in 2004. I started a business straight out of high school in Big Lake that continues to be based in Big Lake and the surrounding area – Hansons Tree Service. I am very involved in the Big Lake community and have many family and friends here. I have been involved as a sponsor of Big Lake Spud Fest and other events. I recently had an accident and fell out of a tree and I am now paralyzed from the waist down!

Have 4 kids with Cassondra, my wife. We rode the same school bus since 5th grade in Big Lake

My whole life – 39 years

Don’t know what to do fresh out of hospital.

Hanson – just my last name.

Q: If you could only eat one food/meal and have one beverage for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Tacos!
Q: What are some of your favorite hobbies or pastimes?
Hunting, fishing, gardening, and anything outdoors.
Q: What is one thing on your bucket list?
To be able to walk again
Q: What would you buy/do if you won the lottery?
A new home that is handicap accessible.
Q: What has been a challenge you have had to overcome? (Life, School, Work, etc.)
Right now – being paralyzed.
Q: If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
I would stop cutting people off while they are talking

My mom who has passed away
