Tell us a little about your family – parents, siblings, pets, etc.
I live with my parents, Melissa and Christopher. I have 6 sibling – 2 older sisters, Autumn and Kaitlyn and 4 younger siblings, Caleb, Rebecca, Elijah, and Naomi. I also have a dog named Dakota.

What are some of your favorite hobbies, activities, sports, interests?
Some of my favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing, and welding. I also wrestle and play lacrosse for Big Lake.

Share a favorite school memory from any grade.

A favorite school memory I have would be making a cabinet in Woods class.

Tell us about a favorite teacher, coach, or staff member who had influence in your life/education.
My favorite coach would be AJ Standford. He was an amazing mentor during wrestling season. He also taught me a lot of lessons that I will be able to use through my life.

What was your favorite subject to study in school and why?
My favorite subject was Metal Manufacturing because I was able to learn how to weld. It was great because I recieved a lot of the information that I would need to use when I started welding for work.

Who are you always happy to see and why are you happy to see them?
I’m always happy to see my Grandpa because he always is telling me stories that put a smile on my face.

What are your plans for after graduation (school, travel, work, etc.)?
After graduation I’m planning on going to school for welding.  Once I’m finished with school, hopefully I will get into the pipeline or any other structural welding for a job.

What advice do you have for incoming freshman as they start the high school adventure?
Make the best of everything that comes.

What has been the highlight of your senior year?
The highlight of my senior year would be making it to state for wrestling the second time in my high school career.

Where do you imagine yourself 10 years from now?
In 10 years I imagine my self married and having kids. I’m also hoping to be working my dream job.

Is there anything you wish you could go back and change?
One thing I would go back and change would be spending more time with my friends.

What are you most grateful for?
I’m most grateful for my family and friends. I’m grateful for being able to spend quality time with them.

What is something (or things) you like about living in, and going to school in, Big Lake?
Something that I like about living in Big Lake would be the kindness of a lot of the people. In school I like the teachers and how much they care about our education.

Where are your favorite places to eat, hang out, shop, etc. in Big Lake?
My favorite place to eat would be Willy’s on the Water.
